JMC Property Group, in partnership with the Tasmanian State Government and the City of Launceston, is proud to be advancing plans for a landmark Convention Centre Precinct on the Launceston riverfront. This transformative development is designed to position Northern Tasmania as a premier destination for business events, conferences and major functions.

The purpose-built facility will deliver approximately 4,000 square metres of contemporary event space with capacity to host up to 1,000 delegates. The project forms part of the broader Riverbend Master Plan and will integrate seamlessly with the existing tourism and hospitality precinct near the Peppers Silo Hotel.
